Are you only interested in active policies? Select the value for the Status field that represents active policies only.

Looking for phone numbers? If there is not an exact telephone number listed for a particular employer, check to see if there is one available through the associated information.

Producing a mailing from the data? Check the Zip Plus 4 box to limit the output to verifiable addresses with the zip plus 4 extension.

Are you only interested in a particular industry? Do not limit your searches by one particular SIC Code, because each category has been broken down into smaller categories. Instead, use a range of SIC Codes that encompass the industry you intend to target. Also, you can use the Employer Name field to lookup employers that have a pattern relating to the industry. For example, you can enter "*paint*" to find all employers which have paint in their name.

Would you like to run a selection over again in the future? You can click the save button on the Lookup Wizard to save the current selection. Then move to a new or different record using the arrow buttons also located on the toolbar.

I keep running the selection and get nothing! Many times you may have entered something awry into one of the fields. Click on the Clear button and re-enter the criteria. You may also want to broaden your selection. Or, try using the asterisk (*) wildcard in place of text to eliminate the differences between spelling or data entry and your criteria. For example, you can input "338*" into the zip code field to find all employers located in the 338?? Zip code location.
