DataListerSM Software Manual

Using the DataListerSM Software

The DataListerSM software provides you with a user-friendly interface, while allowing the flexibility you need to search the employer records productively. DataListerSM gives you the power to find the exact employers of interest!

The Select Form

This form is used to begin and accomplish many of your tasks. You enter criteria here that specifies the selection of employers.

Creating a query using the Select Form is quite easy. A number of fields are listed on the form. If all fields are left empty, the results will include every record (not recommended). If you enter a value into a field, the results will include all records that match that value. For example, if you enter "POLK" into the county field and "01" into the effective month field, the results will include employers located in Polk county which have a policy effective date in January.

Buttons, Buttons, Buttons
