When you click the "Search" button, all matching records will be added either to
a previous selection or a new selection, and displayed on the datasheet. The
datasheet allows you to work with a selection after the results have been
retrieved in a way that promotes evaluation of the data. You can click on any
column-header in order to sort by the corresponding column. You
may also remove employers from your selection by selecting the name(s) and
clicking the "Remove" button on the toolbar.
Details? You can also view the detailed information on each
employer by double-clicking the employer's name or selecting a particular
employer and clicking the "Details" button on the toolbar. The report buttons
located on the Employer Details form will print an individual employer report.
Where are the phone numbers? The first place to look for a phone
number is on the employer detail screen. If there is not a number listed, you
can click the Associated Information button. The Associated Information lists
all telephone numbers that are located at the selected employer's address. Note
that phone numbers will not always be available.
The corporate data (FL) is also available from the view only screens. Simply
select the active corporation you would like to view and click the corporate
data button. More than one record may match by Federal Employer Identification
Number.
Printing Reports
How do I get all of this on paper?
You can print any report by simply
clicking the printer icon on the toolbar or by selecting File -> Print.

Abbreviated Report
The abbreviated report includes only pertinent information. This report squeezes
many employers onto each printed page. Includes: Name and address fields,
carrier, telephone number and Policy Month.
Detailed Report
The detail report lists all information on employers given by the state. In
Florida, the matching corporate information will also appear appended to the
end of the employer records.
To Print – Once you have run the selection with the detail report
selected, a new screen will appear with the print preview. To print, click the
printer icon located on the toolbar or, on the menu, select File -> Print.
Detailed Report with Associated Information
This report uses the standard Detailed Report and appends the matching
associated information telephone numbers to the end of employer records. The
associated information phone numbers are matched by address alone. Many matches
may exist for a particular address.

Exporting Data
You can export your selection to just about any format possible! You do this by
selecting File -> Save As/Export… in the menu. Select the format by using the
"Save as type" drop-down box.
If you want to Export it to Excel Click on Tools and select "Export To
Excel".
